These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through KLıC.gg, Inc. (“KLıC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to users who purchase content, subscriptions, or digital access through our website, mobile apps, or affiliated platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By making a purchase on KLıC, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

1. Types of Purchases

KLıC currently offers the following types of digital access:

Channel Subscriptions — A recurring digital product that provides ongoing access to a creator’s channel content and virtual perks such as ad-free viewing, exclusive chat modes, and digital badges. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled and remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Digital Access Passes — A digital product that grants one-time, time-limited access to a specific live or on-demand event. For scheduled events, access begins at the event start time; for on-demand content, access begins upon purchase. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: passes for scheduled events may be refunded up to 48 hours before the start time, and a pass is non-refundable once the event has started or the content has been accessed.

All purchases are digital products delivered electronically and have no physical delivery. Access begins immediately upon purchase. KLıC may expand available products over time, and availability may vary by region.

2. Payment Methods and Platforms

Purchases made on KLıC are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Depending on your device or location, transactions may be handled by:

PayPal
Apple Pay and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store
Google Pay and in-app purchases through Google Play
Credit and debit cards, processed through Xsolla or other approved payment processors

All transactions are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Additional fees such as currency conversion or transaction fees may apply depending on your payment provider.

If you make a purchase via a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or Xsolla), that platform’s respective terms, refund policies, and billing rules will apply. KLıC does not control external billing processes and is not responsible for third-party platform errors.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
Your default payment method will be charged at the listed price, inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.
KLıC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. We will notify you in advance, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Canceling a subscription does not grant a refund for the remainder of the billing period. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current period, with no proration.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and cancellation are managed through your Apple or Google account, and that platform’s terms apply.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds on KLıC are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

Channel Subscriptions are non-refundable, including any unused portion of a billing period. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current period.
Digital Access Passes for scheduled events may be refunded up to 48 hours before the event start time. Once you are within 48 hours of the start time, or once the event has started or been accessed, the purchase is final.
If a creator or KLıC cancels, fails to deliver, or materially changes an event, affected purchasers receive a full refund.
Regardless of the above, we will review refund requests for duplicate charges, undelivered access, technical errors on KLıC's part, unauthorized charges, or where required by law.

To request a refund, contact support@klic.gg before the applicable deadline in our Refund Policy (for scheduled events, at least 48 hours before start). Do not initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.

Chargebacks:

Chargebacks may result in account suspension or ban.
Repeated chargebacks may permanently disable access to digital purchase features.

5. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for securing your account and ensuring only authorized use. KLıC is not liable for unauthorized purchases due to lost credentials, account sharing, or compromised access.

6. Platform Accounting

KLıC manages all digital purchase accounting internally. Adjustments related to refunds, errors, or disputes are handled by KLıC for system accuracy. These adjustments do not create any user right to direct withdrawal or payout. Creator earnings and payouts arising from these purchases are governed separately by our Creator Agreement.

7. Taxes & Fees

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any local, regional, or international taxes applicable to your purchase. Applicable taxes (e.g. VAT, sales tax) are generally calculated, collected, and remitted by our payment providers as required by law, and may be displayed at checkout or added to the listed price.

8. Availability, Expiry & Modifications

KLıC does not guarantee permanent access to purchased content or digital goods.
We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or expire content, subscriptions, or services at any time.
Unused digital goods may be forfeited upon account termination.

9. Regional Compliance

In accordance with international law:

Users in the EU/EEA/UK may have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days unless the content was accessed.
Region-specific protections apply where required by local law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

Binding arbitration under JAMS rules, or
Court proceedings in Delaware, where permitted by law.

Class action waivers apply. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the full dispute resolution process.

11. Changes to These Terms

KLıC may modify these Terms of Sale at any time. If we make material changes:

We will notify you by email or site notification.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
