FAQ
Getting Started
KLıC is a multi-view live streaming platform built for broadcasts. It allows creators to host and manage multi-POV (point-of-view) stream broadcasts, while viewers can watch multiple streams at the same time using KLıC's multiview player.
Creators create broadcasts and go live using KLıC's streaming tools. Viewers can browse and join broadcasts, then watch one or multiple streams at the same time using multiview, choosing how they want to experience the broadcast in real time.
Anyone 13 or older can use KLıC. Viewers can watch broadcasts and streams, and creators can host broadcasts and go live. You can enable monetization if you're 18 or older; creators aged 13–17 can monetize only through a parent or legal guardian who manages the payout account. Anyone under 13 cannot use KLıC.
You can using your email and password, or sign up with supported options like Google or Apple. Follow the prompts to complete setup, and once you're in, you can start watching broadcasts or creating your own.

Broadcasts & Streaming
You can browse the homepage, explore categories, search for broadcasts or channels, or visit a creator's channel to find broadcasts. Select a broadcast to start watching, and if multiple streams are available, you can use multiview to watch several at once.
Multiview is KLıC's core viewing experience that lets you watch multiple POVs (points of view) at the same time. You can choose how many streams to view and switch between them in real time, giving you full control over how you experience the broadcast.
Log in to your account and open the Create Broadcast page from your dashboard or the main navigation. Add your broadcast details, choose your broadcast type, and add your streams or invite other creators. Once everything is set up, you can go live from the broadcast page.
You can create several types of broadcasts on KLıC:
- KLıC streams – Native live streams, including IRL streaming from your device
- Embedded streams – Streams from platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or Kick
- Road Case broadcasts – Advanced multi-camera or high-production broadcasts using KLıC's hardware setup
Yes. You can invite other KLıC users to join your broadcast and stream alongside you. Once they accept the invitation, their stream becomes part of the broadcast, allowing viewers to watch multiple perspectives.
Monetization
You can monetize your content through channel subscriptions and by selling digital access to your broadcasts.
To get started, enable monetization in your dashboard and accept the monetization agreement. Once enabled, you can begin offering paid access right away.
To receive payouts, you'll need to complete a short onboarding process with our payment partner. Your earnings are tracked automatically and become available once your payout account is connected.
Revenue share depends on your account tier and is applied after platform processing fees.
Subscriptions give viewers ongoing access to subscriber-only content, including broadcasts that require an active subscription to watch. Digital access passes are one-time purchases (including pay-per-view) that grant access to a specific broadcast.
Channel subscriptions and digital access to KLıC-hosted streams and Road Case broadcasts are eligible for monetization. Embedded or third-party streams are not. All monetized content must follow our Community Guidelines — for example, spectator content like poker, esports, and concerts is allowed where legal and age-gated, but operating real-money gambling, as well as nudity or explicit sexual content, cannot be monetized.
If you're 18 or older, you can enable monetization yourself. If you're 13–17, you can still earn, but only through a parent or legal guardian: the guardian must accept the Creator Agreement on your behalf and set up and manage the payout account, since our payment providers require account holders to be at least 18. Anyone under 13 cannot use KLıC.
Once you enable monetization, your earnings are tracked automatically. To receive them, complete a short onboarding with our payout provider to connect your bank account or PayPal. Earnings are paid out on a regular monthly schedule once your payout account is connected and you've met the minimum payout threshold.
Yes. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings. You'll provide tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8) to our payout provider before payouts are processed. KLıC doesn't withhold taxes for you or provide tax advice — if you're unsure, please talk to a tax professional.
Your revenue share is shown in your creator dashboard when you set up monetization, and is applied after platform and payment processing fees. Rates may vary and can be updated over time, so check your dashboard for the current terms.
Payments & Access
If a broadcast requires payment, you'll see an option to purchase access on the broadcast page. Complete the checkout process, and you'll get immediate access once the purchase is successful.
You can pay with major credit and debit cards and PayPal on the web. In our mobile apps, purchases are made through in-app purchases on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
You can view all your purchases in your Purchase History within your account dashboard. This includes subscriptions and digital access.
It depends on what you bought. Channel subscriptions are non-refundable — if you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Digital access (pay-per-view) passes can be refunded up to 48 hours before the broadcast's start time; once the broadcast has started or you've accessed it, the purchase is final. If a creator cancels a broadcast, you'll receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We don't provide partial refunds for the remaining time.
If a creator cancels a broadcast, materially changes it, or fails to deliver it, you're entitled to a full refund, which we process automatically where possible.
Yes. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers, and KLıC does not store your full card number.
