This Privacy Policy explains how KLıC.gg, Inc. (“KLıC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services (“Service”). By accessing or using KLıC, you agree to the practices described below. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, this Privacy Policy also outlines your rights under those laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA/CPRA”).

When you register or use KLıC, we may collect:

Payment & Transaction Data

When you purchase tickets, make in-app purchases, or receive creator payouts, our payment and payout providers collect and process billing and transaction information on our behalf. We may receive limited transaction records (such as amounts, dates, and the last four digits of a card or a payment token), but we do not store full payment card numbers. For tax purposes, our payment and payout providers may also collect tax documentation (such as IRS Form W-9 or W-8) directly from you.

Content & Communications Data

Streams, videos, images, posts, chat messages, and other content you create or upload
Messages, support tickets, and other communications you send to us or to other users

Usage Data

IP address and browser type
Pages visited and time spent
Device info (OS, device ID, screen resolution)

Enforce our Terms of Service and community safety
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity
Analyze usage and measure performance, including through analytics providers such as Mixpanel

5. When We Share Your Information

Service providers and processors who help us operate the Service, including:
- Xsolla, which processes payments for tickets and other purchases and receives the billing and transaction data needed to complete those payments;
- Trolley, which processes creator payouts and receives the payee and transaction data (and tax documentation, such as Form W-9 or W-8) needed to disburse and report earnings;
- Apple App Store and Google Play, which process in-app purchases made through their respective platforms and handle the associated billing information under their own privacy policies;
- Mixpanel, which receives usage and device data so we can analyze and improve the Service;
- other providers assisting with hosting, infrastructure, and support operations.
Affiliates and subsidiaries under the same privacy obligations
Business partners for co-branded promotions or events
Other users when you participate in public features (e.g., chat, streams, or profiles)
Legal authorities when required by law or subpoena
In case of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring

These third parties receive only the information needed to perform their services and are required to protect it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

KLıC is based in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or similar safeguards for EEA, UK, and Swiss users.

9. Children’s Privacy

You must be at least 13 years old to use KLıC. Users under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. KLıC is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, or if you are a parent or guardian who would like a minor’s account or data removed, contact support@klic.gg and we will promptly delete the data.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption where appropriate. However, no system is 100% secure.

KLıC may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before interacting with them.
