- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or location of the infringing material.
- Your name, title (if agent), address, phone number, and email.
- Statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Statement: “The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized agent of the owner of the allegedly infringed right.”

Please send this information to: support@klic.gg
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content and may notify the affected user.
2. DMCA Counter-Notice
If your content was removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe this was an error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- URLs of the material that was removed or disabled.
- Name of the copyright claimant.
- Your full legal name, email, and mailing address.
- One of the following statements:
- U.S. residents: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which my address is located.”
- Non-U.S. residents: “I consent to the jurisdiction of any United States Federal District Court in which KLıC may be found.”
- Statement: “Under penalty of perjury, I have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
- Your signature.
Email all counter-notices to: support@klic.gg
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
3. Trademark Takedown Requests
If you believe that content on KLıC infringes your registered trademark, please include:
- A description of the trademark and relevant logo.
- List of countries where the mark is registered.
- Trademark registration number(s).
- Copy or screenshot of the registration certificate or official record.
- Statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law; the information in this notice is accurate; and, under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.”
- Your name, title (if applicable), contact information, and signature.
Send all trademark claims to: support@klic.gg
We will review your notice and take appropriate action, including possible content removal or account restriction.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
KLıC may suspend or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers. Consistent with our Community Guidelines and Creator Agreement, repeat infringers may also be removed from monetization in addition to being suspended or banned. We also reserve the right to disable access or restrict services in cases of severe violations, regardless of prior history.
5. Misuse of This Process
Submitting a notice or counter-notice that materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, may expose you to liability for damages under applicable law. KLıC may reject or disregard notices that are incomplete, abusive, or filed in bad faith, and may take action — including account restriction — against users who repeatedly submit false or fraudulent claims.
6. Contact Us
All copyright, counter-notice, and trademark correspondence must be sent to support@klic.gg or submitted through our contact form.
