Community Guidelines

Welcome to the KLıC community. Our goal is to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for streamers and viewers around the world. These Community Guidelines apply to everyone and everything on KLıC, including video, live streams, pay-per-view and Digital Access events, chat, profiles, usernames, and accounts.
We enforce these rules using both automated systems and human moderation. When we find that someone has violated these guidelines, we may take actions that include removing content, removing monetization tools, demonetizing or withholding earnings, issuing a warning, applying account restrictions, or suspending or banning the account. Monetized content is held to these same standards — see the Creator Agreement for how violations affect earnings.
These guidelines are a living document. We work to improve them as the platform grows, and KLıC reserves the right to update them at any time. Viewers, moderators, and streamers play a crucial role by reporting content or behavior that breaks these rules.
1. Self-Harm and Dangerous Behavior
We want KLıC to be a safe place to discuss sensitive topics such as mental health, but we do not allow content that glorifies, promotes, or encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior that could reasonably be expected to cause physical injury — including dangerous stunts or challenges, even when performed as a joke or for entertainment.
2. Violence and Threats
Acts and credible threats of violence are a zero-tolerance violation. Do not threaten, incite, glorify, or encourage violence against any person, group, or yourself. Accounts associated with such activity may be suspended indefinitely.
3. Terrorism and Violent Extremism
KLıC does not allow content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism or violent extremist actors, acts, groups, or ideologies, including their symbols, slogans, or instructions for causing serious physical harm or property destruction.
4. Youth Safety
Protecting minors is paramount. KLıC prohibits any content or activity that endangers youth, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexual exploitation, sexualization, misconduct toward, or grooming of anyone under 18. We report illegal content involving minors to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and such activity results in immediate and indefinite suspension.
Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and supervision. Children under 13 may not appear on camera. Parents or guardians can contact support@klic.gg to request account removal and data deletion.
5. Adult Sexual Violence and Exploitation
Sexual violence is not tolerated on KLıC. Content or activity that threatens, promotes, depicts, or trivializes sexual violence, exploitation, or trafficking is prohibited, will result in immediate suspension, and may be reported to law enforcement.
6. Privacy and Unauthorized Sharing of Personal Information
Sharing someone’s sensitive personal information without their permission (“doxxing”) is prohibited. This includes home addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, financial information, private communications, or any personally identifiable information shared without consent.
7. Hateful Conduct
KLıC does not permit behavior motivated by hatred, prejudice, or intolerance, including content that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on protected characteristics such as: race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious medical condition, or veteran status.
Do not:
- Use slurs or hateful imagery (except in a clear educational context)
- Promote violence or discrimination against protected groups
- Misgender or deadname individuals
- Deny or minimize well-documented atrocities
8. Harassment and Bullying
Harassment deters healthy communities and is prohibited, including:
- Insults, personal attacks, or degrading content
- Coordinated harassment, brigading, or cyberstalking
- Mocking victims of tragedy or wishing harm on anyone
- Using synthetic or altered media to harass or impersonate others
We expect streamers to take reasonable steps to moderate harassing content in their streams and chat. We will not penalize streamers acting in good faith (for example, using moderation tools, timeouts, and bans) to remove abuse from third parties.
9. Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment is never acceptable. Prohibited behavior includes unwanted comments about someone’s appearance or body, sexual requests or advances, sexual objectification, and the recording or sharing of non-consensual intimate images. This applies regardless of the target’s gender and whether the conduct occurs on or off KLıC.
10. Illegal Activity and Regulated Goods
You must respect all applicable local, national, and international laws while using KLıC. Content or activity that features, encourages, offers, or solicits illegal activity is prohibited, including:
- Human exploitation or trafficking
- Vandalism, theft, or property damage
- Trade in counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
- Wildlife trafficking or poaching
- Instructions for committing crimes
Weapons: Do not display, promote, or sell firearms or explosives except in a lawful, clearly educational context. Drugs, Alcohol, and Tobacco: Content may not promote or encourage the misuse, illegal use, or sale of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.
11. Intellectual Property and Copyright
You may not share content you do not own or have the rights to share, including movies, TV shows, live broadcasts, other creators’ content or VODs, and music you do not have rights to. This is especially important for monetized content. Repeat violations will result in removal and may lead to permanent suspension. See our DMCA Policy for full details.
12. Extreme Violence and Gore
While a variety of content is allowed on KLıC, content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore, mutilation, or real-world death is prohibited, as is linking to websites that heavily feature such material.
13. Sexual Content and Nudity
To keep KLıC appropriate for a diverse audience and compliant with our payment and app-store partners, the following are prohibited regardless of the medium used to create them (real, animated, or AI-generated):
- Pornography and sexually explicit content
- Real or fictional nudity, including incompletely censored nudity (pixelation, blurring, or sheer clothing do not make it permissible)
- Explicit sexual acts, simulated sexual acts, or masturbation
- Sexual solicitation, sexual services, or sexually exploitative content
- Sexually suggestive content involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor (absolute, zero-tolerance)
Suggestive or “mature” expression is allowed within the standards of our Attire policy below and must be labeled appropriately. Because monetized content must also satisfy the rules of our payment providers and app stores, content that those partners classify as adult may be restricted or ineligible for monetization even where it would otherwise be permitted.
14. Attire
We want creators to express themselves — including in a confident, flirtatious, or “sexy” style — while keeping content appropriate for a broad audience. The standard guideline is to cover the areas commonly understood as private (genitals, buttocks, and, for those who present as female, nipples), and to wear attire appropriate to the context of the stream.
Allowed: swimwear, athletic wear, costumes, lingerie-style or revealing attire, and similar expression that meets the coverage standard and is appropriate to the context (for example, fitness, beach, pool, body art, or performance content).
Not allowed: nudity, exposure or sheer/see-through covering of the private areas described above, and attire or behavior whose primary purpose is sexual gratification or solicitation. When in doubt, label the content as mature and err toward more coverage.
15. Mature Content Labeling
You are expected to accurately label and categorize your content. Mature themes must be tagged as 18+, and KLıC may apply or enforce this label. Examples include suggestive (but non-explicit) content, mature-rated games, gambling-spectator content, intense violence, strong profanity, and substance use. Labeling content does not exempt it from these guidelines.
16. Gambling Content
KLıC draws a clear line between watching games of skill and operating or facilitating real-money gambling.
Allowed (where legal and appropriately age-gated): spectator content such as poker, card and board games, esports and competitive gameplay, tournaments, concerts, and similar events — including pay-per-view of such events. Gambling-spectator content must be labeled 18+ and may be restricted by KLıC.
Prohibited: operating, hosting, or facilitating real-money gambling, betting, or wagering through KLıC; casino, slots, roulette, or dice gambling services; directing or encouraging viewers to place bets; sharing links or affiliate codes to gambling sites; and “guaranteed-return” betting or investment schemes.
17. Impersonation
Content or activity meant to impersonate an individual or organization is prohibited, including impersonation of KLıC staff, creators, brands, or other users in a way that is misleading or malicious.
18. Spam, Scams, and Platform Manipulation
Deceptive and manipulative practices harm the community and are prohibited, including:
- Phishing, financial scams, Ponzi or pyramid schemes
- Spam or unwanted, repetitive communication
- Game cheats, hacks, or exploits, and manipulation of platform mechanics
- View-botting, fake engagement, or artificial inflation of viewership, subscription, or purchase metrics (see also the Creator Agreement)
19. Suspension Evasion
Attempting to circumvent a suspension or ban using other accounts or identities is prohibited and may result in additional enforcement, up to indefinite suspension. You are responsible for all content in your streams, including the conduct of guests and third parties.
20. Harmful Misinformation
We prohibit users whose presence is dedicated to persistently sharing widely disproven and harmful misinformation that poses a risk to public safety. This policy targets persistent superspreaders, not individual statements or good-faith discussion.
21. Usernames and Display Names
Because usernames are highly visible and persistent, they are held to a high standard. Usernames and display names may not include impersonation, trademark infringement, hate speech, slurs, profanity, sexual content, or other clear violations of these guidelines.
22. Monetized Content Standards
All monetized content — including subscriptions, pay-per-view, and Digital Access events — must comply with these Community Guidelines, applicable law, and the rules of KLıC’s payment and payout providers. KLıC may remove content from monetization, demonetize it, or decline to pay out at any time, including after it has earned. You forfeit, and KLıC may withhold, reverse, or recover, any earnings derived from content that violates these guidelines, the Creator Agreement, or applicable law.
23. Enforcement Actions
KLıC may take actions such as:
- Reclassifying or labeling content (for example, as 18+)
- Removing content
- Removing monetization tools, demonetizing content, or withholding earnings
- Muting, restricting, or removing chat privileges
- Suspending or permanently banning accounts
