Accessibility Statement
KLıC is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, or magnification.
Conformance status
We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are currently partially conformant: most of the platform meets the standard, and the specific gaps below do not yet.
What works today
- Skip-to-content link and a correctly declared page language.
- Video player controls are real buttons with labels, and the volume and seek sliders are fully keyboard-operable (arrow keys, Page Up/Down, Home/End).
- Live chat is announced to screen readers as new messages arrive.
- Body and secondary text meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum.
- Cookie consent is presented in your language, in a labelled and reachable banner.
Known limitations
- Captions and subtitles are not yet available on live broadcasts or recordings. This is our highest-priority accessibility gap and is actively being worked on.
- Some interactive elements outside the video player can be activated with a mouse but not yet with a keyboard.
- Some form fields are not yet programmatically linked to their labels.
- Some borders and disabled controls fall below the 3:1 non-text contrast minimum.
Feedback
